About
ACC ART is an independent art advisory firm founded by Astrid Carolin Cole and based in Jersey, Channel Islands. The firm holds a Jersey business licence to carry on an art advisory undertaking and advises private collectors, museums and endowments on acquisitions, deaccessions and long-term collection strategy, with a particular focus on the secondary market.
Astrid has facilitated museum acquisitions and private sales across Europe and the U.S., and has advised on selected philanthropic initiatives, including the Cinema for Peace Foundation auction in The Hague, hosted by Sharon Stone. She also appears in the HBO documentary The Price of Everything.
With a background that includes work at the German Embassy in Paris and advanced research in game theory, Astrid applies a strategic and analytical perspective to the art market, identifying not only aesthetic value but also long-term positioning opportunities within collections.
Having lived and worked in Paris, London and Geneva, she brings an international perspective and network to her advisory work, together with an acute sensitivity to regional collecting cultures. She speaks three languages fluently.
Her approach is informed by a belief in the enduring civic and cultural value of art, and by a commitment to placing works where they can resonate intellectually, historically and emotionally. ACC ART maintains close working relationships with leading institutions and private collections across the U.S., Europe and India.
